A Moment Of Refreshment

I woke up refreshed,
and rejuvenated.
For the first time in years,
I felt elated.
My focus was sharp,
my mind was clear.
Then understanding,
interrupted my cheer.
I realized the cause of this feat.
I was dreaming,
and still asleep.
